ELECTRICAL SOFT START
Our second-to-none redefined electrical soft start reduces overall wear-and-tear by slowly rotating the pinion until it properly engages into the ring gear, before cranking begins.
Rotatable flange models like the 39MT are built to easily replace competitive units and provide full industry application coverage of virtually every 12-volt and 24-volt starter motor application.
Each starter is built with the ideal number and spacing of spiral spline teeth to provide high strength and smooth engagement.
The larger gauge motor circuit wire translates to higher current draw and lower voltage drop as well as a lower resistance solenoid to ensure pinion engagement to the ring gear.
Cranking Past the Competition

The Brushless Advantage
All alternators pull air through from the back to the front in order to cool the internal electronics. This causes dust to enter into the alternator. However, with a brushless alternator, it eliminates any issues of dust clogging up the brushes and causing early failure. With this design, there are 13 fewer moving parts, many of which consistently wear out, meaning overall product life is extended.

Breaking Down the Benefits of Remote Sense
With a normal alternator, the resistance in charging cables caused by environmental factors and other conditions will result in a drop in voltage from the alternator by the time it reaches the battery. Just because the alternator is sending 14 volts does not mean that the battery is receiving 14 volts. Enter Remote Sense.
With Remote Sense, a second wire reads the actual voltage at the battery and signals the alternator to increase its voltage output to compensate for voltage drop, ensuring a constant 14 volts at the battery. Research has shown that an increase of just one half of a volt, when needed, can cut the battery charge time in half. It makes the difference between batteries that are fully charged and other batteries that are not.
