Before Placing a Pickup Order

Which orders are eligible for Will Call Pickup?

At JIT Truck Parts, Will Call Pickup is available on orders of in-stock inventory only. Available in-stock inventory can vary between each warehouse location. When placing an order online, pickup eligibility is confirmed at checkout after selecting "Will Call" as the delivery method and choosing your nearest warehouse location.

How do I tell if a part is available for pickup?

When viewing product pages on our website, look for the Available Inventory section. It shows which warehouse locations have the part in stock and the quantities available. The Available Inventory section only appears if the product is in stock, and only warehouse locations with available stock are shown.

Important: Available inventory and quantities can change at any time before an order is completed. The inventory information shown on the product page reflects availability at the time the page was opened and does not update continuously; reloading the page will show the most recent availability. During checkout, our system verifies pickup eligibility for all items in your cart before your order is finalized.

Which orders are ineligible for Will Call Pickup?

Orders are not eligible for Will Call Pickup if they include products that are out of stock, on backorder, or shipped directly from a vendor (such as drop-ship or special-order items). Bulk orders may also be ineligible if the quantity ordered exceeds the available stock at the selected warehouse.

If your cart contains items or quantities that cannot be picked up at your chosen warehouse, those items must be removed before you can place a Will Call Pickup order.

How much does Will Call Pickup cost?

It's free. There is no fee and no minimum purchase requirement for Will Call Pickup. We also offer free ground shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous U.S.

Can I order items for pickup and shipping in the same order?

No. Will Call Pickup items cannot be combined with shipped items in the same order. They must be ordered separately.

Can I place an order in person at your warehouse?

No. We do not accept walk-in orders at our warehouses. All orders must be placed in advance through the JIT Truck Parts website or by phone at 855-548-8787. Ordering ahead ensures items are in stock and ready for pickup when you arrive. Once your pickup order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation when it's ready for collection.

After Placing a Pickup Order

When will my pickup order be ready?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for in-person pickup. Eligible orders placed online from Monday through Friday before 3:30 p.m. EST are typically ready for customer pickup within two (2) hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or company-observed holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Do you offer same-day order pickup?

Yes. For same-day order pickup at JIT Truck Parts, eligible orders must be placed by 3:30 p.m. EST. Please allow up to two (2) hours for order processing, although some orders may be ready sooner.

Same-day availability is not guaranteed, and pickup hours vary by location. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST, or within two hours of the selected location's pickup closing time (whichever is earlier), may not be ready until the next business day.

Customers should plan to arrive during the location's pickup hours. Orders not collected the same day will remain available for pickup for five (5) business days.

When can I collect my pickup order?

Current pickup hours for each warehouse can be found on our Warehouses / Locations page. Once you receive email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, you may visit the Will Call office at your selected warehouse during posted pickup hours. Pickup hours vary by location and are subject to change. Pickup is not currently available on weekends or on any days when the warehouse is closed.

Can I pick up my order on weekends and holidays?

Customers can pick up their orders at their selected warehouse on business days only (Monday through Friday). In-person order pickup is not currently available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on any day the warehouse is closed.

  • Warehouse pickup locations are closed on many U.S. holidays, including when a holiday is observed on a Friday or Monday. Company observed holidays include New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day.
  • In rare cases, warehouse operations (including customer pickup) may be suspended due to extreme weather.

To confirm pickup availability when holiday schedules or weather conditions may affect your selected location, please contact customer service.

What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive at a JIT Truck Parts warehouse, please follow any signage to the indicated Will Call pickup area or office. Ring the buzzer or doorbell outside the door to let us know you’ve arrived. Then, proceed inside to the Will Call Pickup customer waiting area where a team member will assist you shortly.

What happens if I forget to pick up my order?

Orders not picked up within five (5) business days will be canceled, refunded, and returned to inventory. If canceled items are still needed, you will have to place a new order.

Do you offer same-day local delivery?

Same-day local delivery is not currently offered through online checkout. In limited cases, our customer service team may be able to assist customers with local delivery requests when orders are placed by phone at 855-548-8787 during regular business hours. Checkout Troubleshooting for Pickup Orders

Where is the pickup option at checkout?

Our online checkout requires you to enter or select a shipping address before Will Call Pickup options are shown. After a shipping address is entered or selected, the Delivery Method section will appear, allowing you to choose free Will Call Pickup and select your warehouse location. Once a warehouse is selected, the shipping address will automatically update to the warehouse address for order processing.

Unable to place my pickup order.

When you select a warehouse for Will Call Pickup, our system verifies that all items in your cart are available at that location. To place a pickup order, every item — including all ordered quantities — must be in stock at that warehouse. Pickup and shipped items cannot be combined in the same order.

If any items or quantities are ineligible for pickup, a warning message will identify those items by their SKU. Remove those items or adjust the quantities to proceed with your Will Call Pickup order.

"Shipping address" warning appears after choosing pickup.

When selecting a warehouse for Will Call Pickup, you may experience a brief delay while checkout validates pickup eligibility for the items in your cart. During this process, the pickup and delivery options may temporarily disappear, and you may see a message such as “Warning: Please enter a valid shipping address first.”

This message is temporary and will clear automatically once processing completes. The checkout page will refresh on its own within a few seconds. If the message persists for more than 60 seconds, manually refresh the page.

Where to check order status.

You can check the status of your order in the My Account menu after signing in on our website. For pickup orders, you'll receive an email notification once your order is ready. For additional questions about your order, contact customer service online or by phone at 855-548-8787.

The pickup address was added to my account profile.

After placing a pickup order or selecting a warehouse during checkout, the warehouse address is temporarily added to your user account. It may appear in your account’s address book or as the default shipping address. This change is temporary, and the warehouse address will be automatically removed from your account profile within 24 hours. You do not need to take any action, although you may delete the address manually at any time.

My default shipping address disappeared.

After a pickup order, your account dashboard may no longer display a default shipping address. Don't worry: All previously saved addresses remain available in your account’s address book.

To restore a default address, do one of the following:

  • Place another order: During checkout, select your preferred shipping and billing addresses. These will automatically be saved as your new default addresses.
  • Update it manually: Go to My Account > Settings > Address Book. Next, select Edit on the address you want to use. Then, check “Make this my default billing address” and/or "Make this my default shipping address" at the bottom before saving.
