Heavy-duty truck suspension systems typically consist of air bags, springs and shock absorbers. The air bags smooth out rides and keep loads level, HD springs support the weight of the truck and help to absorb shocks, while heavy-duty shock absorbers dampen the oscillations of the springs and prevent excessive bouncing.
Additionally, air dryers, hangers, bearings and more make the connection with the various components of the suspension system, wheels and the frame of the truck.
