Slack adjusters, whether manual or automatic, are used as levers to form the connection between actuators and camshafts and help to maintain consistent stroke of the actuator. This Strap style slack adjuster kit is designed for air brake systems. It features high alloy steer gears and rolled wormshaft plus a heat-treated housing and centralized clutch. Because of its clearance design, dstance between the brake drum and lining remains consistent. It contains a strap anchor bracket. Straight grease fitting is 242 degrees. It offers a spline diameter measurement of 1.5 inches and a spline count of 10. With a straight arm, its arm length measures 6 inches.
