The Phillip Tracker Spring Kit - 17-148 is made with a 20 in. Heavy Duty Spring, with PVC Sleeve and a Qwik-Snap, 3-Hose holder. It is made with a metal snap-on clip so you can quickly unhook the spring assembly without unblting the tracker bar.
