The wheel speed sensor helps tell the ABS system how much air pressure to safely apply. Without a properly working sensor, ABS may not work when you need it most. The signs of a failing wheel speed sensor include: (1) The ABS light illuminated in the dashboard; and (2) the traction control light stays active.

This ABS wheel speed sensor kit is installed at wheel ends to measure the motion of a sensed wheel in ABS applications. This 90 degree sensor with clip contains CS wires and TRD cables that measure 6.6 feet (76 inches) long plus 2 pins. The kit includes the sensor with cable leads, sensor retaining clip, grease packet and instruction sheets.
