Early signs of failing spring brake chambers often go unnoticed without visual inspection. When performing routine maintenance on your semi-truck or other commercial vehicle, you may want to check to see if the brake chamber rod is bent; isn't fully retracting or chamber and slack adjusters are out of adjustment. This TR3036T s-cam brake chamber with breather tube is designed for parking brakes. The TR-T model with composite guide corrosion fighter technology (T30 spring side models only) features a tamper-resistant design and externally stored released bolt with epoxy-coated head and center hole shield. It offers a long life power spring (spring size is 36); 360 aluminum center case and weatherseal plug in addition to a heavy-duty nylon neoprene diaphragm. This brake chamber with double diaphragm and standard stroke plus breather tube contains a service size of 30; port size measurement of 3/8-18 NPTF and a stroke of 2.5 inches. Additionally, it contains a 5/8-11 inch mounting bolt thread and a 1.54 inch mounting bolt length. Its "A" measurement is 9.9 inches; "B" measurement is 7.54 inches; "C" measurement is 8.32 inches; "D" measurement is 9.18 inches; "E" measurement is 4.75 inches; "F" measurement is 5/8-11 UNC; "G" measurement is 5/8-18 UNF and inlets are 3/8-18 NPTF. X-min measures 8 inches.
