ABS is an important component of any heavy-duty truck's braking system. Not only does ABS keep wheels grounded, but it helps to prevent lock-up; skidding; and losing control of vehicles. It's important to pay attention to the warning signs of a failing ABS module including if the ABS warning light is illuminated; brake pedals become unresponsive or require more effort to engage and the speedometer fails. Driving with bad ABS is never recommended and should be promptly repaired after pre-trip inspections.

This 1 meter 12 volt 4-conductor power cable for TCS II trailer ABS contains a IP 67 IP 6K 9K protection class and a temperature range of -4°C to +8°C. Its cable end (left) is 5 pin while the cable end right is 8 pin.
