Your vehicle's in-cab communications and sound equipment may not seem like a high priority, but when you're on a long trip and need to stay in touch or stay awake with your radio system, sound and quality are everything. This radio has 40 CB channels, Instant Channel 9 and 19, Electronic Tuning, Heavy-Duty Dynamic Mic, Illuminated LCD Display, Power On/Off and Volume Control, and a compact design. The RF Gain adjusts to receive gain in weak and strong signal areas, and the Squelch Control eliminates background noise in the absence of a signal. A 4 Pin Screw-on Microphone Connector is included for convenient removal of the mic for storage and easy reach, and the combination S/RF Meter indicates incoming signal strength and output RF power output. The CB/PA Screw-On Mic selects CB operation or public address (PA) operation for communication outside of the vehicle w/ PA horn (not supplied).
