Product Description

ABS is an important component of any heavy-duty truck's braking system. Not only does ABS keep wheels grounded, but it helps to prevent lock-up; skidding; and losing control of vehicles. It's important to pay attention to the warning signs of a failing ABS module including if the ABS warning light is illuminated; brake pedals become unresponsive or require more effort to engage and the speedometer fails. Driving with bad ABS is never recommended and should be promptly repaired after pre-trip inspections.

This tractor protection valve has 4.6 bar closing pressure and 5.87 bar opening pressure. It contains a calculated volume of 4.893 and a temperature range of -40°C to +93,3°C. Port thread measurements are as follows: Port 1: 1/2" PTC; Port 2: 3x 3/8" PTC / 3x 1/4" PTC.
