The need for effective braking is critical for safeguarding truck drivers and nearby motorists especially while cruising down the highway at high speeds or driving down steep hills. ABS cables are preferred over non-ABS cables for several reasons: They offer thicker wires; can handle high demand systems (4S/2M), and can be identified with green jacketing.
