When performing routine maintenance on your semi-truck or other commercial vehicle, you may want to check to see if the brake chamber rod is bent; isn't fully retracting or chamber and slack adjusters are out of adjustment. This TR3036TS s-cam double diaphragm brake is designed for severe service, parking brakes. The TR-TS model with composite guide corrosion fighter technology features a tamper-resistant design and center hole shield. It offers epoxy-coated return spring; weatherseal plug and external breather tube. This aftermarket unit with neoprene diaphragm and welded yoke contains a service size of 30; a spring size of 36; port size measurement of 3/8-18 NPTF and a standard stroke of 2.5 inches. Its mounting bolt thread measures 5/8-11 and its mounting bolt length measures 1.54 inches. Its "A" measurement is 9.86 inches; "B" measurement is 7.52 inches; "C" measurement is 8.31 inches; "D" measurement is 9.18 inches; "E" measurement is 4.75 inches; F" measurement is 5/8-11 UNC; "G" measurement is 5/8-18 UNF and inlets are 3/8-18 NPTF. Y measures 4.2 inches.
