This QR-1C quick release valve is for heavy-duty trucks. The job of this Bendix quick release valve is to prevent the service and emergency brake application from occuring at the same time. This valve works as both a double check valve and a quick release valve and is often mounted on the axle - servicing two spring brake actuators. It has a beaded seat cap nut and a bias design to prevent low differential leakage. This particular valve contains supply and balance port measurements of 1/4 inch NPT and delivery port measurements of 3/8 inches NPT. Its exhaust port is unthreaded and it features a crack pressure rating of 5-8 PSI.
