This swivel elbow is designed for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing. It features operating temperatures from -45 degrees F to +140 degrees F with a maximum operating pressure of 145 psi. It is DOT 49 CFR 571.106 compliant. High strength composite fittings offer weight savings over all brass style fittings, currently being used by many OE vehicle manufacturers. Elbows and male branch fittings have built-in swivel feature for easy positioning and an engineered tube retention system and seal design offers superior holding and side load retention capabilities. There is a positive release bushing for easy insertion and removal of tubing, thread sealant applied to all male pipe threads to reduce installation time and expense, and a composite body with a brass fitting end.

The warranty on this part is twelve (12) months from the date of sale to end-user or twenty-four (24) months from date of manufacture, which ever comes first. Some exceptions may apply depending on product or vocation specifications.
