ABS is an important component of any heavy-duty truck's braking system. Not only does ABS keep wheels grounded, but it helps to prevent lock-up; skidding; and losing control of vehicles.


This 2S/2M flange mounted ABS relay valve is used on trailers produced after March 1, 2001. The TCS II standard 12V valve kit offers IP 66 protection; a 4.586 calculated volume; 13 bar max operating pressure and an operating temperature of -40°C to +65°C. This valve kit has port thread measurements of: Port thread 1: 2x 3/4-14 Dry Seal NPTF; Port thread 21: 3x 3/8-18 Dry Seal NPTF; Port thread 22: 3x 3/8-18 Dry Seal NPTF; Port thread 3: Flap exhaust; Port thread 4: 1/4-18 Dry Seal NPTF. The kit includes ECU, mounting screws, o-ring, grease, and installation instructions.
