Are there core charges?

Some special items do have a core charge. You must pay the core charge when you purchase the item. If you return the core within one year of purchase, in a state acceptable to the manufacturer, then the core charge will be credited to your account.

Can I have a Will Call order?

Yes, you may create a will call order if you live in the vicinity of the warehouse. Our warehouse locations are Carol Stream, Illinois, Harrisburg, Pa., and Reno, NV. Contact customer service for policy and instructions.

We have 3 locations, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Carol Stream, Illinois and Reno, Nevada.

Do I have a sales representative?

You will have a sales representative associated with you, but you may also send all orders in directly once your account is established.

Do I pay extra if you ship out of a different warehouse?

You do not pay extra if parts need to be shipped from another warehouse to fill your order.

What is a core charge?

It is a form of deposit you pay on certain parts until returning the old part. The charge is returned once you return the core or item.

How do I make sure I have chosen the right part?

If you are concerned about whether you picked the correct part, it is best to contact a customer service parts interpreter to help you in the determination of the part.

What if I can't find the part I am looking for?

Your order may be changed until we send it to our warehouse. If the order is already with at the warehouse, we cannot change it, but you can start a new order.

When will my order ship?

In stock orders will ship same day 4:00pm local warehouse time. Items not in stock will be available upon receipt from supplier, call for availability or check on-line.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum dollar amount for an order, but some items require a minimum order quantity.

What are my shipping options?

For in stock items; Standard shipping(3-5 days) continental U.S. and expedited shipping(1-2 days) continental U.S. Expedited shipping charges may apply.

May I ship to an address outside the continental U.S.

Can I order a part & ship to a different company location?

You may order a part and have shipped to a different location standard shipping policy will apply.

Can I change an order?

Orders may be changed up until it is in pick status at the warehouse. If the order is already picked for shipment we will not be able to change, but we could start a new order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will ship same day as long as we have the parts in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:30 local warehouse time. Otherwise, orders will ship next day. Delivery time will depend on shipping type chosen by customer.
