I need a copy of my invoice?

  • Sign in to your account and navigate to my account and then my orders to view invoices for your past orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

  • You must pay any sales taxes required by your state, county, and municipality. If you are exempt from paying sales tax, you must provide us with a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you do not, we will charge you sales tax.

Are there core charges?

  • Some special items do have a core charge. You must pay the core charge when you purchase the item. If you return the core within one year of purchase, in a state acceptable to the manufacturer, then the core charge will be credited to your account.

Can I have a Will Call order?

  • Yes you may create a will call order at one of our facilities. Our warehouse locations are Louisville, KY, Harrisburg, PA., and Reno, NV.

What types of payments do you accept? – What are my payment options?

  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Can I pay for my order with PayPal?

  • No, unfortunately at this time that function is not available.

What do I do if I have an issue with an order and/or a received part?

  • If damaged, please note on the delivery receipt from the carrier and proceed to contact us.

  • We support all major browsers and platforms including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9+ (Compatibility view is not supported), Safari, FireFox and Opera.

What is my User ID?

  • The user ID used to sign in to your account is your email address that was used to create the account. If you lost access to this email address or cannot remember what the email address was, please contact us for assistance.

When will my order ship?

  • In stock orders will ship same day 4:00pm local warehouse time. Items not in stock will be available upon receipt from supplier. Please contact us for more information.

Is there a minimum order size?

  • There is no minimum dollar amount for an order, but some items require a minimum order quantity.

What are my shipping options?

  • For in stock items; Standard shipping(3-5 days) continental U.S. and expedited shipping(1-2 days) continental U.S. Expedited shipping charges may apply.

May I ship to an address outside the continental U.S.

Can I order a part and ship to a different company location?

  • You may order a part and have it shipped to a different location standard shipping policy will apply.

Can I change an order?

  • Orders may be changed up until it is in pick status at the warehouse. If the order is already picked for shipment we will not be able to change the order, but we could start a new order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Orders will ship same day as long as we have stock available and the order is placed prior to 3:30PM local warehouse time. Otherwise, orders will ship the next day. Delivery time will depend on the shipping type selected.
