DURA-LITE CHARGE AIR COOLERS
Dura-Lite™ charge air coolers are engineered with the patented Silicone Grommet Tube-to-Header Seal System in place of the traditional brazed/welded tube to header joint. The silicone grommets enable free thermal expansion while also maintaining a leak free seal. This thermal expansion prevents the stress and premature failures that are commonly associated with a restrained brazed/welded tube to header joint.
Dura-Lite™ charge air coolers are put through rigorous strain tests, thermal cycle tests, dynamometer tests, durability tests at elevated temperatures, and field tests to ensure that their charge air coolers yield outstanding results.

DURA-LITE RADIATORS
Dura-Lite’s long-life radiators provide extra header support with stronger, reinforced tanks and heavier, sturdier headers for unsurpassed durability.
The extra header stiffening plate eliminates the majority of leaks that typically happen between the tank and the header. Dura-Lite radiators offer replacements for all major applications and serve the heavy-duty truck, bus, RV, and other hard-working vehicles.
Dura-Lite radiators are made from materials such as aluminum, steel, and copper brass that help quickly transfer heat away from your engine so it can stay at the optimal temperature no matter where your journey takes you.
