Product Description

For Mack applications, this AC condenser features parallel flow, a pad style inlet and outlet, and accommodates R12/R134a refrigerants. It has a Volvo pad fitting style. Condensers are located in the front of the truck in front of the radiator. They come in either parallel flow or serpentine designs and their purpose is to cool off the high pressure liquid coming in from the compressor. The liquid is cooled with either high-speed winds while the truck is in motion or by a clutch or cooling fan while the truck is at low speeds or idling. The liquid is then released to the filter drier.
